Missouri counties covered in this agreement are as follows: Adair, Audrain, Benton, Boone, Callaway, Caldwell, Camden, Carroll, Chariton, Cole, Cooper, Daviess, Gasconade, Grundy, Harrison, Howard, Linn, Livingston, Macon, Maries, Mercer, Miller, Moniteau, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Osage, Pettis, Putnam, Randolph, Saline, Schuyler, Shelby, and Sullivan.
2025 WAGES
Effective March 1, 2025, the wages and benefits agreed to in our Central Missouri Area Commercial Cement Masons’ Agreement for Journeypersons are $33.52 per hour plus $16.15 per hour in fringe benefit payments.
WAGES: *$33.52 PER HOUR
HEALTH & WELFARE FUND - $8.65 PER HOURPENSION FUND - $6.85 PER HOUR
BICMAF $.22 PER HOUR
CISAP-$.05 PER HOUR
APPRENTICESHIP and TRAINING - $.38 PER HOUR
*VACATION FUND - $2.50 PER HOUR*TARGET FUND - $.25 PER HOUR
The increase of $1.80 was appropriated as follows: $.50 to the Pension Fund and $1.30 to the wages. The BICMAF was also increased $.01.
Foremen shall receive $1.00 per hour above scale.
THE TOTAL PACKAGE FOR A JOURNEYPERSON IS $49.67
*The wage of $33.52 is taxed then the $2.50 Vacation Fund, $.25 Target Fund, and the $1.99 Supplemental Dues are to be taken out in whole and sent in with the fringe benefits.
