Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting our country in an unprecedented way.  We know that this situation is presenting unique challenges in many different aspects of life.  The health and safety of our employees and members is our first priority.  Here are a few things that we are doing to continue to help our members as safely as possible:

·        We are respectfully asking our members to practice social distancing by not coming to the union hall.  Our lobby will be closed.  Payments can be made over the phone, by mail, or left in the dropbox/mailbox by the front door.

·        The agents’ time in the office will be limited.  We are always available by phone.  If you need to reach us, please call our office (816)833-5900 and leave us a message.  The messages are directed to us immediately so we will be able to get back to you quickly.

·        We will not be having our regular union meeting on March 31st.

We will continue to monitor the guidelines set by the CDC and local authorities and resume normal business practices when it is deemed safe to do so.

We appreciate your understanding in this unprecedented situation.
